How We Operate Traditional travel agencies normally will make bookings for their clients and are paid a commision after the travel has been completed. They earn commissions for the total cost of the travel. When booking airfare, they are usually not paid commisions and therefore will add an additional fee to the price of the airfare making the cost more than booking directly with the airline itself. Also, the commisions can be as much as 15-20% of the cost! We do not operate that way. We specialize in arranging travel which includes accomodations, airfare, car rentals and or custom travel plans. We charge a nominal flat fee for planning the entire vacation. Then, we will book directly with the supplier whenever possible to get the best cost possible. If there does end up being commissions, such as with cruises, VRBO, bookings made with Expedia to get airline commissions, etc. we will then rebate those back to you as they are paid to us. We provide total transparency and document any commissions received. we also allow you to access our agent portal with Expedia so you will be able to book items such as activities, additional reservations, etc. This approach allows you to travel at a much lower cost, especially when done as a couple, or as a family.
